Community Shabbat Dinner with a South American flavor following services
$36 for adults age 13+; $18 per child ages 6-12; free for young children ages 0-5
Hazzan Rabbi Cattan will guide us through the rich musical traditions of South America. He will present a blend of traditional and contemporary melodies from both the Ashkenazic and Sephardic worlds, including his own compositions. Attendees will experience the unique beauty of the diverse South American nusach.

Kiddush Lunch following services (open to the community at no charge)
Hazzan Rabbi Cattan will shift focus to the fascinating history, culture, and customs of South America’s Jewish communities. Through his personal experiences and extensive knowledge, he will share stories of resilience, migration, and vibrant Jewish life from Uruguay to Argentina and beyond providing the sermon for the morning in addition to his davening.
