The 5785 – 2024/2025 Roll of Remembrance Yizkor Prayer book for Yom Kippur and all holidays when Yizkor is recited during the year will be published during the summer months. Yom Kippur Yizkor Service is on Saturday, October 12, 2024. Yizkor is also recited on Shmini Atzeret (end of Sukkot), and the last days of Passover and Shavuot. 

In this beautiful booklet of prayers, you may memorialize your family and loved ones. The Roll of Remembrance will include hundreds of families in our congregation who observe this cherished tradition.

It is a mitzvah to give tzedakah at the time of the High Holy Days.  While we do not formally charge, we suggest a minimum contribution of $18 per name memorialized.

Please take a moment to fill in the information below with all the family names you wish to include in the Memorial Roll of Remembrance.
The deadline for submission of this form is September 6, 2024
